Client workspaces

Every client gets their own space: website, audit progress, deliverables and reports all in one place. Finished with a client? Archive them and the slot frees up immediately.

How you use it

  1. 1Add a client with their business name and website address.
  2. 2Run audits, keyword research, content and schema inside that client's space.
  3. 3Archive a client when the engagement ends — nothing is deleted, and the slot opens up.

Example

“Bright Smile Dental — brightsmiledental.com” with an audit at 60% and three deliverables shipped.

Common questions

What is a client workspace?

A client workspace is a dedicated space for one client's website, audits, deliverables and reports. It keeps every client's work separate so nothing gets mixed up.

Does archiving a client delete their data?

No. Archiving keeps all of the client's audits, deliverables and reports, and simply frees the active slot on your plan.

Can I bring an archived client back?

Yes, you can reactivate an archived client at any time. Reactivating counts against your active client limit again.

How many client workspaces can I have?

It depends on your plan: 3 active clients on Starter, 15 on Growth, 50 on Scale and unlimited on Enterprise. Archived clients never count.

Is my clients' data private?

Yes. Each account can only see its own clients, and exported files are stored privately with expiring download links.
